I am an experienced recruiter with a track record of 25 years in agency and in-house recruitment. When clients engage my services, they collaborate directly with me to identify exceptional talent for their Revenue organization, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and supporting roles.

 

My approach is highly targeted, involving extensive efforts in sourcing and vetting candidates ensuring my clients receive only the highest caliber submissions. I take great pride in being a member of the HIVE, a team comprising seven women, all independent recruiters with deep industry experience and networks. This collective strength grants us access to a broader pool of clients and candidates, enabling us to achieve even more remarkable outcomes. My professional journey began as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half International. I transitioned to an in-house role at Microsoft and made my way into the tech start-up world leading Talent Acquisition for zulily, Avalara and Convoy.
