I spent more than 20 years building and leading recruiting teams before founding Periscope Partners. I've worked inside companies including Microsoft, zulily, Avalara and Convoy through periods of rapid growth, IPOs, acquisitions and major change.

That experience shapes how I approach search today. I've sat on the inside, partnered directly with executive teams, built recruiting functions and helped companies make critical hires across Executive Leadership, Finance and Go-to-Market.

I founded Periscope Partners to bring that experience directly to clients. When you hire me, you work with me. I personally lead the search from understanding the business and defining the profile through market mapping, outreach, assessment and closing.
